Staying Curious Beyond the Classroom
After-School & Expanded Learning Programs
Aspen’s after-school and expanded learning programs create safe, supportive spaces for students to learn, grow, and connect beyond the traditional school day. Through the After School Education and Safety (ASES) program, students at all campuses participate in homework help, hands-on activities, and enrichment in areas like STEM and the arts. The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) extends these experiences into non-school days with programs like Winter Blast, summer sessions, and creative intersession activities.
Hands-On Learning & Connection
Community Garden
A product of the Community Schools initiative, Aspen’s Community Garden is a space for students to connect with nature, learn about sustainability, and work together to grow fresh produce. Through hands-on learning, students explore science, responsibility, and environmental stewardship while making a lasting impact on their community.

Earning College Credit in High School
Dual Enrollment
Aspen Ridge’s dual enrollment program allows students to take college courses while earning their high school diploma. Through our partnership with Fresno City College, students gain real college experience, earn credits that transfer to higher education, and get a head start on their future—all at no cost to families.
Supporting Every Student at Every Step
