Ceramics is a hands-on high school course that explores three-dimensional design using clay. Students learn traditional hand-building techniques like pinch, coil, and slab, as well as an introduction to the pottery wheel. They experiment with glazing and surface decoration while drawing inspiration from different artistic styles and cultural traditions.
High School Art (Art 1)
Art 1 at Aspen Ridge is a foundation course where high school students develop skills in drawing, painting, and design. They learn to use different art materials, study famous artists, and practice creative thinking while working on personal and group projects.


Middle School Art
Middle school art builds on the basics, introducing students to more advanced techniques in drawing, painting, and 3D design. Students experiment with different styles and materials while learning how to express their ideas visually.
Elementary School Art
Elementary art introduces young students to creativity through hands-on projects in drawing, painting, and sculpture. Students learn the basics of color, shape, and design while exploring different materials and techniques in a fun and engaging way.
