Team Expectations*

You’ll be representing Aspen Public Schools statewide in virtual and in-person gatherings. We ask you fully embrace our mission of transforming the community to develop exceptional leaders. This means being transparent and also speak both honestly but respectfully about your experiences at Aspen. It means looking for creative, collaborative solutions to areas that we identify for growth. A few more things we value include:

Be on time and fully present at all meetings.

Honor team confidentiality, and ask permission when in doubt about what this may apply to.

Be ready to learn, and listen to others in the group without judgement

Take action! This is not just a discussion group, but a group that will do things!

Be bold. Challenge yourself in areas that may be unfamiliar or even a bit scary.

Communicate clearly and head of time with the team leader when meetings might be missed, or you may be late. Check and respond to emails and texts in a timely manner.
