Our substitute teachers are a crucial part of our team! As an On-Site Substitute Teacher for Aspen Ridge, you will be responsible for facilitating the continuity of learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Your primary duty will be to manage the classroom environment effectively and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans or assignments provided by the absent teacher. Additionally, you will ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for students, manage classroom behavior, and address any questions or concerns from students to the best of your ability.
